Mode of use
Shake the bottle before use. Take in the morning, on an empty stomach, a 70 ml glass of Birch Sap BIO, for 2 to 3 weeks. Drink neat. Renew with each change of season or at any time. For athletes: drink 50 ml pure, undiluted, before physical exertion and 50 ml diluted in fresh water during exertion.
One bottle = 1 week. For optimal results, take for 2 to 3 weeks.
